Context:
We are tasked with designing a ticket booking app specifically for users in Qatar. The app should provide a convenient and user- friendly platform for users to book tickets for various events within Qatar.
Problem:
Redesigning the app while maintaining familiarity be a challenge, as users may resist changes or find it difficult to adapt to a new design.
Objective:
Striking a balance between innovation and maintaining core user expectations is crucial.
